After playing with this deck, I saw that I end up using a tuningware-bulb combo to draw 2 cards in almost every duel. I don't usually get to draw chaos(which is bad because he is a key element in this deck),so I end up winning with my synchros. I'm more than welcome to any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

You're getting the basic build down. I would probably choose one or the other however: Chaos Debris or Quickdraw Debris. It runs more consistantly that way. For this banlist, here's what I would change:
-1 QuickDraw (2 is plenty)
+1 ryko (3 ryko is staple)
-1 gigaplant (random)
+1 caius (pwnage and dark)
-2 d-prison
+2 bth
-1 tuning
+1 torrential
-1 necro
-1 tytannial
+2 debris

Tuningware is interesting. I haven't played around with him much so idk how good he is or how many to use. I would choose either qd tuningware or Chaos Debris instead of both. I remove tytannial not bc she sucks but bc she's a dead draw among othe dea draws here and bc I probably won't use her next format with only 1 dandy (I need lonefire for my 1 dandy). Also, I would find room for one more light if possible.

I added 2 junk synchron instead of debris, and Harper having a bulb in grave and a tuningware in hand, is godly, its 2 free draws(formula synchron. I remember 1 duel i had 1 monster on the field, 1 trunade and tuningware in hand, pulled off that combo and got QD and dandy in 2 draws. Tuningware FTW!!!

kewl. hm, maybe junk AND debris? he was semi'd for a reason. hm...well for anything else i'll wait until after the banlist to make any decisions. then i can test my own build and tell you my experience on what seems to work. you should use this in your retest . when are we going to do that btw? you're never on ham haha
