If your opponent discards fortress and an other monster to summon the same fortress he discarded can i chain with crow and remove his fortress from grav when he pays the cost ?
the guy who i was dueling gave me a link of a tcg player wich said i can't whereas kiryu said i can
and i'm not that good at ruling so i'm asking you now ! what's the answer ?

Lol Kiryu failed :p You can't chain crow cuz its a summoning condition and it wont start a chain

Thing is Machina Fortress and DW Grapha are 2 of the most messed up inherent special summons in YGO, so I'd understand if someone confuses them for an effect summon.
