Gachi Gachi Gantesu question

Ok random question, say Gachi Gachi Gantesu has 2 materials under it, someone does something to destroy it and it activates his eff to save itself then someone activates chivalry or divine wraith to negate it eff and destroy it. Could Gachi Gachi Gantesu activate its eff again or no and why?

Divine Wrath negates the ACTIVATION of a monster's effect. Gachi effects are both Continuous, wich means they won't activate. Divine Wrath cannot be chained to it.

Monsters eff cannot be chained to counter trap cards so gachi gachi cannot chain his eff.

They're both right. Spell speed 2 or lower effects can't chain to spell speed 3 (counter traps). But Gachi has no activation of effect, it just is a blanket continous effect so Wrath can do nothing here
