Judges are letting the tengu shiz pass XD E verybody was abusing of tengu Utopia yesterday and Mostof the judges i USA too agree that Tengu leaves the field so ... Yeah

all of the well seasoned judges came to an agreement that until R&D comes to a decision on it then we will rule that it works, so i can't really do anything about it haha

no its because i said that i didn't want tengu to work with Xyz summons, and i judge at my locals. so he's saying you probably won't like it there lol

Yes SK we saw that, but looks like Kevin Arguments was not strong enough. The Tengu eff WORKS in all the TCG LOCALS so no matter what you will say, TENGU IS JUST THAT BROKEN

No matter what you say scorp, Tengu does work, but WHEN DETACHED.

They should change the effect to:

When this card is removed from the field, except for a XYZ-summon, Special Summon 1 Reborn Tengu from your deck
