Kiryu: to answer that question, I refer you to redgar's comment xD. Also I was just dueling around randomly for fun and to see how cool 3 Shi En looked. Look at it. Look how pretty it is! It's very pretty isn't it? (abridged series reference ftw)

but realy though, it wasn't much of a risk. Like I said, I summoned 2 of them that turn (Kageki+Kagemusha+Dest). He was already really low on lp and had a set monster. I had a set Safe Zone. So even if the monster was Ryko or Snowman I would save my Shi En targeted from destruction (which is exactly what happened actually I think). Even I it was Penguin I could save 1 and direct attack for the win. And obviously his facedowns didn't matter bc of Shi En

i like that, but hey.....same combo always, the sams dont have anything else than that shit of monster, you just summon 2500 monstah and theyre dead -.-

It really does get annoying, especially when Shien goes. If you manage to kill Shien, Samurais have no more comeback options, especially if they used up Double Edge. That's why I hate Samurais, they may not be focused on OTK-ing, but they still are a hit-or-miss deck.

Indeed, but note that there are quite a few bad hands that can make you facepalm. You have to admit Samurais have yet to achieve the consistency of Heroes for example.

But still Shi-en + safe zone is to LuL'z

Safe Zone is actually a pretty good card, especially with Shi En...what are they going to do now? He can't die in battle, he can't die by card effects, he can't be targeted by card effects, and he can negate a spell or trap that could get rid of Safe Zone and therefore him. I only run the 1 Zone but I like it
Supreme: it's true that it's a little bit hit or miss, but also John is correct that it is more likely hit than miss. That's another thing that makes them annoying though: they're not all that fun to play bc of their simplistic strategy but the strategy mostly works...so good players lose to bad players sometimes. That's why they need to get banned harder
