Looks good except you appar to missing one card in the main. Mermail Abyssocea. ALso i would make space for two trite in the extra deck. I still think veiler is main worthy since it provides access to lvl 8 synchros.

Without Aqua Spirits I thought that Ocea isn't needed anymore. And yeah I'll definitely test Veilers for LV8s. Thanks.
