| Doesn't everyone need to re-submit? Unless they weren't running Mirror Force, Trap Dustshoot, Trishula, or plants. But considering how it's a synchro tournament... | |

| I beat allanpike 2-0, I have screenshots if those are needed. I can't log into Challonge because my google chrome shits its pants and lags out every time I try. | |

| Bottom half of bracket is stacked, and top half is pretty open. I know this is Yugioh, and tourneys are run differently than fighting games, but I think we're gonna have to start implementing a seeding system. I look at the bottom bracket, and I see MUs like Funch v. Betrayer and Enigma v. Vongy Round 2. Then I look at the top half, and I see Pufka getting an easy ride to the finals. I'm not saying that no one in the top half has potential to win, I'm just saying that players with a proven track record are going to be losing really early just because they get matched up against other top players, while weaker, or haven't proved themselves yet.
It's just a thought I've had to balance out Brackets. Seeing numerous Archlords on the bottom, and having the top filled with Archers/Apprentices with 1 Archlord just seems imbalanced to me.

| I concur 100% with Skarm; brackets are soooo unbalanced it's not even funny. And I won't deny it, pufka has quite the easy path. I sure as heck wasn't gonna stand in her way, I suck. | |

You could try not using challonge for the next tournament and do it by skill level as NSGG and Skarm said. But for a tourney say, a sealed pack tourney I don't think skill is such a big factor.

Skill is the major factor in sealed pack lol. Unlike in constructed where you get sacked by crazy cards, it's a lot less likely in sealed pack, since most players will have to rely on actual skills than OP card interactions.

It doesn't mean you can't check the matchups afterwards to make sure Challonge didn't cause an imbalance in pairings. I understand that Challonge's system is just random and doesn't know the players' skill levels and all those variables, but that shouldn't be the sole excuse.

| - Spoiler:
I lost 1-2 to Snilly. Games 1 and 3 were really close right down to the end, but game 2 I drew poop and he got the nuts. But that's yugioh I guess. Good games, man!
