| Attribute: LIGHT Dragon/Xyz/Effect Rank 8 4500 ATK 3000 DEF "3 Level 8 Monsters When this card is Xyz Summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as Xyz Material: Negate the effect(s) of all other face-up cards on the field. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; detach all Xyz Materials from monsters your opponent controls. This turn, this card gains 500 ATK for each Xyz Material detached, and during this turn's Battle Phase, this card can attack equal to the number of Xyz Materials detached by this effect." So yeah discuss this. Clearly it's insanely powerful if played using GEPD as an Xyz Material but that's obviously relatively hard to do. Personally I think the second this card is playable in a consistent deck, we have a problem. | |

| Looks beast at first sight but I believe I'm still missing something.
It dies to solemns, bottomless, prisons, mirror, blah blah.
I guess it will be a way to punish random zenmaines/utopia drops without backrow. But it won't last long against control builds.
It's decent...Just another 1 card OTK Quasar style imo. Actually Quasar is much better.
It all depends on the first effect, wich will probably be Trigger because of the wording we got. If it changes, and happens to be continuous, then the card is absolutly retarded if played in a consistent deck.

| They are obviously going to release an archetype that will make this card viable...Hieroglyph Dragons/Marked Dragons for example wich are pretty good tbh.
Card is also playable in other decks anyways.
Needless to say, just wait to see the super special awesome TCG exclusive coming in Galactic Overload, entirely dedicated to summon this card.
They will try to make it playable, just wait.

| Hieroglyph Dragon's are crazy fun to use and bring out Rank 8's. Neo Galaxy is definately a lot easier to bring out with them | |

| good point. what scares me is that Neo Photon has OTK potential. Its basically a Trident Dragion on drugs. | |

Solemn granted since that negates the summon, but the other cards cannot touch it if you drop it while using a galaxy eyes photon dragon as xyz material (what other situation would you play it in anyway?) since it negates the effects of all other cards on the field (trap card effects resolve on the field, so they are negated)
