I wana be the veryy besttt. . . . .oh. . wrong game

Hello all, I am fairly new to the Yugioh! card game(last time i played was about 7-8 years ago) and as i've found out alot of things have changed since the days of Blue eyes ultimate beatdown . I figured I'd give the game another shot though after all this time so if anybody could give me some tips on starting out that'd be great.

P.S. I did my homework, so yes i do know about syncros, xyz's, and other new additions; i have also read about 10 diff begginers and advanced guides so i've got that much covered.

well first off, welcome.

and all i gotta say is you just need a deck now. you can either netdeck or look up the recent archetypes and try building one yourself

I've got two decks ive built so far (on Dueling network) if I can get anyone to help me test these decks(the first hopefully "competitive" decks i've ever built) they are not exactly meta-decks but i like to try to be original 1st if they don't work out hey i tried XD

I was freaken In love with pokemon and then season 3 hit and I was a devastated little kid, had to go through therapy after that. . . . . hahahah but at least the games are decent still.

That WAS where the name is from, I was going to say something but I wasn't positive I was right. Qui-Gon's second apprentice, the one before Obi-Won...star wars nerds unite xD! As for the dorm thing, you take a test and there is a total of 3 dorms you can be placed in according to skill. It's important that you get tested but not so important about the results. You can always do a retest a month after your test to rank higher. One more thing, please don't double post, just edit your last post Smile
