I think your deck will be useable soon, at least for locals.
You can make Key Beetle now and protect your lockdown cards.
There are also new Xyzs and Synchros you can use like Vulcan the Divine to bounce Deck Lowdown or Ice Beast Zerofyne to get Dracossack out of the way. Also Armades is a cool LV 5 option.

Blackwings <3. You gave me some good ideas, I will use a lot of your techs. I don't think I will main triple Wall and triple Lockdown bc of my meta, but I'll at least main 2 Lockdown bc it's good against both top 2 decks and works well with Zephyros. Mind Control is great here you should use it. Better than Cards, though Cards isn't bad. For tech maybe a single Vayu (even without Sirocco), Sirocco (I've stopped making him lately), or a level 8 synchro or 2 for a normal summoned Kochi. Also why side Simorgh and Fragrance?

Just a gimmick against Prophecy.

Also, you could try out Mist Valley Falcon to bounce stuff like Deck Lockdown or Fiendish Chain (if you decide to run it) to your hand.

It's not a bad combo but you have 0 wind monsters in main or extra
