I don't run that engine anymore, because I feel it's out of this format. The point of running A Hero Lives last format was that the deck was the fastest among the slowpokes, and now its the slowpoke of the fast decks.

Yeah I don't care for AHL either. Looks dope on paper but I've found if you don't win or at least get off a double attack that turn you usually lose. Btw, where have I been that I didn't know Sentinel existed? He's a great idea for this deck. Looks fine, except you have no Gemini Sparks. What up with tht? 3 mst, heavy and a night beam seems excessive, so drop the beam, possibly a mst, 1-2 Warrior Returning Alive for 2-3 Spark. Maybe throw a third Miracle in there too, but I'm still testing the third Miracle myself. It's never failed me before though...another way I've found to play this is the "Spiralling" version, with 3 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast and 3 Hero Blast. Discard Alius to spin a monster, return Alius to pop a monster. No advantage lost, 2 monsters gone. Rinse and repeat when possible.

I don't run sparks in this kind of deck for 2 good reasons:
1 - Alius always becomes an Xyz material
2 - Alius is always the 1st one to go when using miracle fusion.

so yeah, there you have it. Laughing

I think 3 MSTs and a nightbeam is a bit excessive, but it works at least, better than drawing a spark with no alius on the field Shocked I don't spam miracle that much, it's just an option for me so that's why I run it at 2. I might try your crazy spasms cycle with PWWB and hero blast What a Face but I gotta buy some hero blasts first coz I only got 1 left. I'm focusing my budget more on building up my Mermail-Atlanteans coz Megalo is MAHALO (filipino term for really expensive).
