Fishborg Launcher 「フィッシュボーグ－ランチャー」
WATER/Fish - Tuner/1/200/100

Code:: If all monster other than Fishborg Launcher in your Graveyard are WATER, you can activate this effect during your Main Phase. Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If this card Special Summoned by this effect is removed from the field, it is removed from play. If this card is used as Synchro Material, it can only be used for the Synchro Summon of a WATER monster. The effect of "Fishborg Launcher" can only be used once per turn.

kinda like the really! soft version of fishborg blaster, no crazy formula, librarian combos but i see this being useful in fish decks with surface roaming around.

@Scorp: My guess is 1 or 2 boosters after Order of Chaos.

Never played with Fishies before, but I know from all the FB Blaster/Formula/Librarian rage that a new Fishborg means all new types of rage that Fish players can enjoy exploiting. XD

This thing is sadly useless atm, because it can only work with 4 monsters, which would be the Ice Barrier Synchros. Luckily, I assume this means that we're going to have more stupid WATER Synchros...

At the very least, it can fuel a Monarch deck for a bit.

This card literally can't make any synchro with a lv4 or lower monster. Pretty terrible. Even if you have Imperial Iron Wall you can't loop it with Cannon Soldier =/

It's 'good' in Gishki...Instant Trish with Beast and helps going for Ice Barrier Synchros, mainly Gungnir.

Other than that...bleh, too many restrictions.

I doubt it. Otherwise, they would've censored cards like Launcher Spider.

idk how u guys not see the potential in this card.

in combo with gishki beast its an EASY trish or grungir depending on what u want, also Konami wouldn't release a nerfed fishborg blaster if they weren't planning something on the Water Archetype or some juicy lv 1 xyz.

it's almost foreshadowing abuse in the coming months
