Capacity Increase on Inner Teams

I think we should have the capacity of Inner Teams increased to 7 or 9 now since the DGA community is growing. Also, a lot more great duelists are coming into this academy so it will be great to give them more room to fit in. Also, it could increase the popularity of DGA once we come up with more ideas.

I think the max number right now is 5, so pushing it to 6 or 7 wouldn't be too bad I guess, but it would be up to staff to discuss it.
