Skyscraper 2

basically the question is about skyscraper 2 and nova master.

Skyscraper says to ignore summoning conditions, but nova master says that it can not be special summoned in any other way.

two points of view are that 1, i think that you wouldnt be able to because him not being able to be special summoned in any way to me seems like it is a restriction since its not something you need to do to summon him, and 2 is that skyscraper says to ignore summoning conditions allowing nova master to be summoned

if u go with point one then skyscrapper would be pointless lol

so yea, skyscrapper effect takes place i think

not quite. i only looked at a few of the elemental heros, but most of them said they can only be special summoned by fusion summon, or something else.

nova master says that he cannot be special summoned any other way

Official skyscraper 2 text: "Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 "Elemental HERO" monster from your Graveyard that was destroyed by battle. (Only this card's controller can use this effect.)"

Anime card text: "Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 "Elemental HERO" monster from your Graveyard that was destroyed by battle ignoring Summoning conditions. (Only this card's controller can use this effect.)"

Don't confuse those 2, the official doesn't say you can ignore summoning conditions
