Once again with another question, vennominaga is unaffected by any spell, trap, or monster effects, could she still be negated by solemn judgment, or even another negate the summon card effects.

Yes, the more correct term is "this card is unaffected by spell/trap cards while it is face up on the field", because that's what it means. the summon can always be negated unless it specifically says it can't, such as on Obelisk The Tormentor. The same thing would apply to Horus Lv 6 being Royal Trubuted: it can happen bc he isn't on the field
