If this card is in the Graveyard, you can activate its effect by selecting 1 face-up Level 5 or higher monster you control. Reduce that monster's Level by 1. Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. This card cannot be Tributed except for a Tribute Summon.
Level eater, it allows MANY good combos, you can summon him MANY times if you have high level monsters. Used in eater monarchs, many otk decks, allows the fish otk trishula loop, I used it in QD decks, drill summons itself every turn by its eff so the lvl is restored  and the use with scrap dragon, u just bring eater back and back for dragons eff, is dark (can dump with armageddon and use for CS) and A LOT of other uses for it...  | |

| Fishborg Blaster It is the key tuner in FISH OTK decks and allows you a lot of combos. The best thing about this monster is that he can be sp sumoned as many times as you can in the same turn as long as you have a level 3 or lower water monster and cards in hand | |
