Duel Spirits!

We should have duel spirits for our posts, don't you think that would be awesome? We could have a wide selection of weak and/or cute monsters such as kuriboh, winged kuriboh, rescue cat, plaguespreader zombie, morptronic celfon, Deep sea diva, etc. I haven't got a clue about programming or how this would work, but you could have the picture of the duel spirit below our avatars or something. It's something no other academy has (that I know of), it's cool, and it's another product to spend dga points on.

It's a good idea but you need to ask Fallen King nicely if he is willing to do it

But it sure is a nice idea.

We all know Fallen's duel spirit would be rescue cat or Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle.

I love pet but i give up that idea because it is hard to update level, exp of pet and change pet system ... but it will be different here because here got many staff xD

That's a pretty good idea. It would be nice to have a Lonefire Blossom/Dandylion/nettles/Spore/Griggle/thelistoflowlevelandsomehowcuteplantsgoesonforever.

That sounds cool i would use Dark Armed Dragon as my spirit

guys will this spirits have effects or something ot its just for decoration ?

I suggest to put some effect (extra on their own effects as cards) ACCORDING to the LEVEL of the pet.Also a place to gain EXP for the pets could be a new arena like a Spirit World Arena where you can use their special effects as pets along with the effects as cards.

EXAMPLE:

Level 1 Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle (yah yah i know ):
No special effect

Level 2 Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle:
When it gets special summoned you can add a Crystal Beast Monster from graveyard to hand.

Level 3 Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle:
When it gets special summoned you can special summon 1 Crystal Beast Monster from your graveyard.

Also there will be a pet list with their level effects and the staff will decide the effects.

Another good thing is make a passive effect on the academy.The level of the pet will rise along with the Dueling Experience in Arena,Tournament and Events

EXAMPLE:

Level 1 Rescue Cat:
No effect

Level 2 Rescue Cat:
You gain 10 DGA Points Each time you win a duel

Level 3 Rescue Cat:
You gain 20 DGA Points each time you win a duel

Thats all

Wow, that sounds wickedly complicated to get done. I like it already.

But just to warn you. You could be investing quite some time to create effects like that for everyone's spirit without making any of them overpowered. Maybe you could have such a spirit cost DGA points according to their lvl and effect, just so you wouldn't get spammed by requests by everybody in the academy.

Other than that, i say go for it. It looks interesting.

I think we will make it so that you can BUY a duel spirit and only LVL 1 so that you have to raise it by gaining exp.
