Can Destiny Hero - Plasma special summoned from grave, when it has been summoned by its own effect?

and to answer your question no he cn not. if his text said, you must first special summon him in a certain way or this card can only be special summoned by...

but the biggest no factor, is that it says must be special summoned "(from the hand)" by...
