if you flip face-up you opponent's monster which you got from Mind Control, will it return to the owner??

If I understand you correct. Yes.
Ex. If you mind control your opponents set ryko and flip it face up, it will not return to the original owner's hand. You can however use his effect as it was activated on your side of the field!

If u flip it, it will return to your opponents side of the field at end phase. No matter in what state it is, it will return to its owner, unless u send it to grave. Ex.: use it as a synchro material.
