This gives a huge boost to the World variant of Prophecy, as you can send Stoic to the graveyard to get Temperance to your hand and set up World next turn.
Once Felice, Lightsworn Archer is released, who is a LV4 tuner and gets special summoned when sent to the graveyard, you can make 1 card Arcanite Magicians/Black Rose Dragons/Ancient Sacred Wyverns and things of that nature.
