Can anyone say: first article ever? Indeed, my dears, that’s exactly what this is. The featured deck, Firekast, is brainchild of kiryu111 and I will, under no circumstances, take any credit for his work. However, all of this beautiful English? Heck yes, that’s all mine.

Spoiler:
Overall Deck Stratagem Spam. There’s no denying it. This deck has the capacity to spam the ever-loving fanny pants off of your opponents. Most of the combos will revolve around Level 4 monsters and the big plays you can get off them. Summon Flamvell Magician, Lyla, or Summoner Monk, and you can Special Summon an Inari Fire from your hand. Destroy a monster with Flamvell Firedog, send it to the Graveyard, and you can SS another Level 4. Summon Summoner Monk, ditch a spell, and yup, SS another Level 4. See where I’m going with this? The point is to drop a Level 4, another Level 4, then BAM! This bam can mean one of three things:
Option 1. Instant Level 8 Synchro: Flamvell Magician + any Level 4 = Lv 8 Obviously, you’re going to summon something relevant to the situation. Having an insta-lv8, in short, is a handy Stardust Dragon or Scrap Dragon, or if you want to get general: 4 + 4 = a beater with a good effect. You’ll have three copies of Flamvell Magician, essentially the only Tuner in the deck, but also the only one you really need.
Option 2. Instant Rank 4 XYZ: Overlay your Level 4 monsters, watch magical things happen, and you have your sexy XYZ. You know the drill, check out the situation, summon whatever you need to give yourself the advantage, shut down your opponent, and win.
Option 3. TWO beaters instead of ONE: Going for game? You got it. If you’ve got Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress, or Flamvell Magician face-up on your field, you’ll have their 1700 ATK along with Inari Fire’s 1500. That’s 3200 damage, two monsters, and the ability to go into Option 1 or 2.
If you’re not into aggressively beating your opponent to death, that’s fine too! Make Stardust Dragon Turn 1 and just sit there hiding behind all that backrow.
The deck also has consistently good opening hands. Facedown Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter takes care of pesky cards such as Evolzar Laggia (which doesn’t have the ability to negate Flip Summons). You’ve got some backrow to work with, so what happens when you open with backrow? Well, you’ll set those suckers to screw with your opponent. I think you understand. It’s always nice if your deck gets you good opening hands with lots of outs.
Let's address a common card like Macro. Macro Cosmos is an annoying card that shuts down a lot of decks, and with all those Macro Rabbits out there, you’re bound to run into that random first turn Macro. Since Firekast is an obvious heavily grave-oriented, Macro should screw with it too, no? Well, it would. However, between the three copies of Lyla, two copies of Mystical Space Typhoon and triple Ryko, that floating Macro shouldn’t pose too much of a threat.
Deck/Card Tips Inari fire [Level 4 Pyro/Effect] 1500ATK/200DEF If you control a Spellcaster-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). During the next Standby Phase after this face-up card was destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. You can only control 1 face-up "Inari FIre".
Good shit. This card is the life of the spam party. Summon Flamvell Magician, Summoner Monk or Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress, you can Special Summon Inari Fire from your hand and go into either a Level 8 Synchro or a Rank 4 XYZ. Its 200 Defense makes it searchable with Flamvell Firedog and is a viable monster for Rekindling.
Summoner Monk [Level 4 Spellcaster/Effect] 800ATK/1600DEF Cannot be Tributed. When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned: Change this card to Defense Position. Once per turn: You can discard 1 Spell Card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster from your Deck, but that monster cannot attack this turn.
Normal a Summoner Monk, use its effect to ditch a spell and SS a Level 4, SS Inari Fire from your hand, and you’ve got yourself a card like Shock Master. Or if you need, you can make that Stardust Dragon or Scrap Dragon with Inari fodder ready to go. Monk’s effect also lets you get rid of situational Spell cards like Solar Recharge, Fire Kings’ Fire Ring, or Mystical Space Typhoon in favor of summoning another Lv 4.
Coupled with the effect of Scrap Dragon, Inari Fire just keeps coming back.
Scrap Dragon [Level 8 Dragon/Synchro/Effect] 2800ATK/2000DEF 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn: You can target 1 card you control and 1 card your opponent controls; destroy them. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 non-Synchro "Scrap" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.
Destroy Inari Fire and some other card, the next Standby, Inari Fire re-summons itself, and you get a lovely out to cards like Torrential Tribute, which your opponent really shouldn’t set anyway, since Scrap Dragon is only going to pop it.
Fire Kings’ Fire Ring Target 1 FIRE monster you control and 1 FIRE monster in your Graveyard; destroy the first monster, and if you do, Special Summon the second monster from your Graveyard. You can only activate 1 "Fire Kings' Fire Ring" per turn.
Yep. Destroy Inari Fire, Special Summon some FIRE beater from your Graveyard, and you get Inari Fire back the next Standby Phase.
As you’ve probably gathered by now, this dec has an incredible amount of potential. Its large commitment to the field might lead to fast-depletion of your hand, but usually, the advantage on the field outweighs the importance of your hand size.

used the deck in locals today, with a few cards in main and extra changed to my preference and ofc with a crippled extra, cuz some of the cards aren't legal in tcg Europe, not even blackship T.T
lost in top 4 vs geargia machina... but won 2 matches vs macro rabbit, including the match in top 8, so not too bad
