bubble man is beast but otherwise a classic lightbeat is better

some guys on DuelistGroundz play Hero Gate with Rabbit and one of them went 9-3 at Long Beach.

I'll post a deck list later.

Rescue Heroes is a really fun deck to play (provided you can draw the gate and not have it get MST'd). Rabbit into the shining is really pretty good since you don't waste any actual cards on it and when he dies you get back fodder for him. Also running burstinatrix to yank out the fire dude is pretty good too because he has the horn of the phantom beast eff in him and 2600 is pretty beefy. Terrible match-up versus Dark World though.

Agreed mostly, but the kabazuuls are most likely for easier access to Absolute Zero.

That's what I assumed but it still seems like (that particular choice aside) that it's running a lot of cards I would consider budget and thus not the superior choices possible.
