This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. Once during each of your turns, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:
● Target 1 face-up Warrior or Spellcaster monster on the field: banish that target. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.
● Target 1 Level 4 or lower Fiend or Fairy monster in either Graveyard: Special summon that target. This Card Cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.
● Return 1 card you control to your hand. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each.

So what impact could this have on the meta-game? This is purely meant to be a fun discussion on something i thought could be interesting.

Honestly it's pretty bad. Most of the time it's going to be a slightly beefier asura priest, which is really nothing that great. The potential combos with Future Fusion and other cards of the like are about the only interesting things this card can do. The first two effects are pretty situational and probably not worth it.

Yes, i do see what you're saying. It is situational, might be a nice card to side in depending on what you face. If you're using Chaos based deck, Agents i believed mostly, it would make a nice tech.

Really specific effects. Even for a top deck its n not gonna help against most monsters. But recycling sangan makes its interesting

Recycling Sangan is always a nice touch. Also gets Earth recycled who was a vital instrument for the Agents which got hit this format.

Earth has to be Normal Summoned for her effect. I should know.
