Going to point out one of the smaller flaws. Why would you ever use Royal Decree with 10 traps overall?

Also, why no Level 4 Tuner? You make it nearly impossible to pull out a Bureido without Instant Fusion.

Well, Glad Beasts Don't focus on OTK, Burn, or FTK Lockdown, which is actually quite contradictory. Glad Beasts are a Control deck, and are very toolbox-oriented.

Karakuris focus on OTKs and massive Aggro.

But yeah, make sure this deck actually has Watchdogs, no Royal Decree, and even Genex Neutron would be good.

Mabey another trick house as well. It works great to chain with cash cache, as i am assuming you knew. Given that karakuris are fast you really want to draw it sooner.
