well my head just got screwed by a ruling nazi called al bhed xD i would ask him this but im afraid of him claling me noob =P


anyway this is what he said.

i can use damsels effect to target a hornet in the grave , but the effect wont resolve. i said what good will that give me, he said the effect do u play inzektors ?.

this is where he confused me , im like, i gain the effect. how?

so i wanted to ask you guys

what does happen when dragonfly/centipede uses its effect well necrovalley is face up?

my brain is full of F*ck right now.

and if you wouldnt mind, could you run me throught he mechanics with your anserw?

While Necrovalley is face-up on the field ANY card in the graveyard can NOT be targeted for ANY card effect. If you wish to use the effect of Dragonfly/Centipede the monster you equip cannot be from the Graveyard.

Funch basically covered it, inzektors can't equip any card in the grave to them while necrovalley is face-up, regardless whether the card is spell,trap or monster or being treated as such.

Inzektors aren't even good. They get hit so hard by Maxx C, veiler, and can't really play any big threats other than DAD. =/

sorry but that made me laugh xD. i guess you haven't played them. maxx c does absolutely nothing and veiler is max 3 cards in deck that stops you for one turn. and good point bak

I've faced them like 5 times on DN every time I won very considerably. Maybe I'm only playing scrubs idk. Unless I'm missing some crazy combo I don't really see what the hoopla is about.

They can do 4000 damage in 1 turn using 1 dragonfly. You're prolly dueling scrubs.

Let's see , here's a basic Combo for inzektor players


Summon damsel, equip damsel with hornet, use heart of clear water, water destroyed , summon centipede, use hornet on you opponents card, summon other centipede, use 2 centipede with hornet for 2 wipes and searches.

You just got so many pluses and that's such a basic combo to set up.

Also you can use giga mantis for added spam.


Heck you could even summon m7 the turn instead of the destroys if you know you have game by swaping centis for gigas


Inzektors are troll, if you don't think so, you havent seen em yet and when you do , prepare to get the biggest b*tch slap of your life

They've actually been topping events here on the Eastern side of the world, in Pure form, and when mixed with Agents, or the Wind-Up Loop.

Erm it's easy o.O u just wipe the field with damsels and hornet , then to the ray hunter xyz combo o.O now do u know what just happened , you just raped your opponent

Necrovalley doesn't keep you from activating cards that target cards in the grave. the new Necrovalley from the Marik structure deck explains it

All "Gravekeeper's" monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. Cards in either player's Graveyard cannot be removed from play. Cards in either player's Graveyard cannot be affected by card effects, except for their own effects.

you can target monsters with effects all you want. the effect just states that they can't be affected by other cards. so you can play Monster Reborn and target a monster, but Reborn will just resolve without effect.

This combo requires 1 Wind-Up Hunter in the Graveyard, 1 Inzekter Hornet in hand/graveyard and 1 Inzekter Dragonfly in hand.


1. Dragonfly grabs hornet from hand/deck.
2. Hornet pops self to pop opponents card.
3. Dragonfly effect triggers and summons Centipede from deck.
4. Centipede equips hornet from grave.
5. Hornet pops self to pop opponents card.
6. Xyz damsel+centipede for Wind-Up Zenmaighty
7. Detatch an xyz material to special summon Wind-Up Rabbit in attack.
8. Rabbit eff to go to defense, special summon a Wind-Up Hunter from your graveyard.
9. Hunter effect sending your Xyz monster to the grave to discard a card from opponents hand.
10. Xyz rabbit+hunter for another Zenmaighty.
11. Repeat steps 7-10 until you have no more Wind-Up Rabbit's in your deck.

The end result (which at least requires only 1 in hand resource), destroys 2 cards on your opponents field and can discard up to 3 cards from their hand. And results in no actual card loss for the person performing the combo.
