YCS Christmas on KCTAU

Rules:

1: We will be using the September 2011 Banlist.

2: We are using TCG rules and TCG legal cards (Photon Shockwave is allowed) .

3: You must PM me with your full deck list including Side Deck and Extra Deck. A screen picture will not suffice. You are allowed only 1 deck for the entirety of the competition. Deck lists should be divided into categories of Monsters, Spells, Traps, Side, and Extra.

4: There will be a number of initial Swiss System Rounds, where each round you will be paired with someone who has won the same number of matches as you. The number of these Swiss Rounds will depend on the final number of competitors for the tournament.

5: Unreported Tables after Round closure will be decided by activity.

6: Those inactive for two rounds will automatically drop.
