This is obviously still a lower tier deck but it's fun to play and I finally found a way to get the combos going so it actually is a pretty good deck. It just doesn't stand a chance against most meta, though getting Swords lock going is a problem for most everything seeing as people haven't been running S/T removal. Most Alien support is really random and based on A Counters. This build relies more on Gol'gar spam to make counters than anything. Warrior and Code A give counters when an Alien is destroyed but I don't need counters to win so it's not like I'm setting Warriors all day and hope they get destroyed by battle. But counters do help fuel Gol'gar's destruction effect and Code A's revival effect. That, coupled with 3 Redox and of course Reborn, make this deck really good at reviving monsters to synch it up or XYZ. A good first turn move is to Rabbit or Monk into King of the Feral Imps, detach an Alien, then search for Ammonite. You have a 2300 beatstick, a +1 in advantage and a Gol'gar next turn. I'm a little iffy on my trap lineup. There's lots of cards I COULD run. Offering is Icarus Attack for reptiles but better in this deck as it destroys my reptile instead of tributing as a cost. That way it doesn't die if Offering gets Solemned but also means Code A gets counters when my reptile gets destroyed. PPV does tribute and blows up all their monsters (usually) and dishes out more counters. I haven't decided which I like best. I have a feeling I'll end up running 3 of 1 of them and dropping the second card entirely. CED and Solemn are staples, I miss Torrential but Fiendish is better, especially with Gol'gar returning it to use again.
Anyway I hope you have fun trying out this deck and let me know if you have any suggestions. I also like this deck because it reminds me of when I was a noob and just ran vanilla beatdown...lol. Shock Trooper was one of my favorite cards to summon.
