What happens to Tragoedia's ATK and DEF when affected by effect veiler? And if it does go to 0, is it permanent (the same as when affected by gale's effect)?

Trago vs veiler (or forbidden chalice) = trago has 0 atk/defense till end phase. After that, trago is back to counting hand-cards and gaining attack according to them.
